Creating and launching Salt Strata has been a huge achievement and one we, Andrew + Craig, are both extremely proud of. So it’s with appreciation that we’re sharing that Craig is stepping back from his role of Director + Marketing, Growth at Salt Strata, from June 2023. #10 – HOW TO CHANGE STRATA MANAGERS - 18/03/23
STEP 1 - CHECK Check your existing strata management contract for the expiration date. Simply ask your strata manager to send you a copy of the agreement. STEP 2 - PROPOSAL Review our proposal with your committee. We’re available to meet to understand your situation and see how we can assist. If you wish to move forward we'll prepare an agreement for approval at a general meeting. STEP 3 - APPOINT Call a general meeting to terminate your current strata manager and appoint your new manager. The committee can call for a general meeting and hold it themselves. “With Wollongong situated so close to the coast, it only seemed right to have reference to the iconic beaches. Serving the Illawarra and surrounds, we needed a name that was punchy, memorable and relevant to our target market," said Craig on how he came up with the name Salt Strata.
