HOW DO I BOOK A STRATA SEARCH?
To request strata search on a scheme managed by Salt Strata complete the form below.
Salt Strata provides digital remote access to the strata records. You are not required to physically inspect the records in our office.
This form is to arrange a self service inspection of the strata schemes records only. A strata search is usually carried out prior to the sale of a unit by a professional to prepare a strata inspection report.
We generally require 24 hours notice to prepare access.

- Email the vendor’s authority to hello@saltstrata.com.au
- We’ll email details for you to pay the search fee ($60.00) by EFT
- You pay & complete your search using the digital access details we provide

ACCESS TO STRATA SCHEME RECORDS
S184 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 states that any lot owner, mortgagee or covenant charge may request the owner’s corporation to allow an inspection of the books and records to be carried out. These inspections are usually carried out prior to a property sale and mostly by professional companies.
