CRAIG BAYLIS

Craig offers a holistic & tactical view of the industry from his experience as a strata manager, having personal experience in buying, owning and selling strata units and even being a strata committee member and BMC representative.

Craig has provided over 8,000 strata reports on strata schemes throughout NSW working at Coastal Strata which he founded in 2011 and continues to run.

Class 1 Strata Manager since 2006.
