At Salt Strata we invite conversations from owners before the AGM in a Pre AGM Ask Us Anything Session onsite.
It’s an informal visit from a Salt Strata team member with an open floor to answer any questions from owners and residents. This allows owners and Salt Strata to shape the agenda around the actual issues and save time for all.

ACCESS TO STRATA SCHEME RECORDS
S184 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 states that any lot owner, mortgagee or covenant charge may request the owner’s corporation to allow an inspection of the books and records to be carried out. These inspections are usually carried out prior to a property sale and mostly by professional companies.
