OUR STORY

Salt Strata is the vision of Andrew Darby to bring a new wave of service to the Illawarra region.

We are deliberate in the clients we represent and purposely limit our client intake to ensure we are available to deliver incredible service and value.

Most providers can arrange a meeting, coordinate some repairs and then request levies.

 

We do so much more.

 

It’s the experience of proactive and accountable management, the availability
of our team when needed and our succinct action oriented advice.

It’s our:

  • Pre AGM Ask Us Anything sessions – To ensure a smooth & efficient AGM.
  • Site visits – To view works in progress, build relationships with key committee members and be familiar with the property.
  • Status Reports – Delivered quarterly / monthly for the committee it’s our way to show progress, what’s upcoming and what we’ve achieved.
  • ‘Committee Connect’ events – Bringing like minded committee members together in a casual breakfast networking event to learn from each other.
