    Creating and launching Salt Strata has been a huge achievement and one we, Andrew + Craig, are both extremely proud of.   • #10 – HOW TO CHANGE STRATA MANAGERS - 18/03/23

    STEP 1 - CHECK Check your existing strata management contract for the expiration date. Simply ask your strata manager to send you a copy of the agreement. STEP 2 - PROPOSAL Review our proposal with your committee. We’re available to meet to understand your situation and see how we can assist. If you wish to move forward we'll prepare an agreement for approval at a general meeting. STEP 3 - APPOINT Call a general meeting to terminate your current strata manager and appoint your new manager. The committee can call for a general meeting and hold it themselves.     Salt Strata will be closed for the Christmas & New Year period from midday on Friday 23rd 2022 and will re-open on Monday 9th January 2023. If you have an emergency, and your strata property is under our ongoing management, call 1300 724 814. This service is manned by a Strata Professional who will quickly determine if an urgent repair is required and will engage the appropriate trades-person to attend promptly. Serving the Illawarra and surrounds, we needed a name that was punchy, memorable and relevant to our target market," said Craig on how he came up with the name Salt Strata.
