We are excited the announce the opening of our Intake A, for owners in strata schemes in the Illawarra seeking exceptional strata & community management services.

To ensure we can deliver and build high level, lasting & rewarding relationships we will only take on a limited number of clients at a time.

We are deliberate in the clients we represent and our interests lie in a client niche of;

  • High rise schemes
  • Mixed use & commercial developments
  • BMC’s
  • Larger schemes
  • Premium small scale schemes

It is in these schemes that we feel we can deliver incredible service and value.

    Creating and launching Salt Strata has been a huge achievement and one we, Andrew + Craig, are both extremely proud of. So it’s with appreciation that we’re sharing that Craig is stepping back from his role of Director + Marketing, Growth at Salt Strata, from June 2023.  Craig moving on from an operational role was always part of the plan and now feels like the right time with Intake A for management close to being full. “We set the tone, and now Andrew is the voice.” said Craig, “I’m supremely confident that Andrew will continue to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.” Craig + Andrew

  • #10 – HOW TO CHANGE STRATA MANAGERS - 18/03/23

    STEP 1 - CHECK Check your existing strata management contract for the expiration date. Simply ask your strata manager to send you a copy of the agreement. STEP 2 - PROPOSAL Review our proposal with your committee. We’re available to meet to understand your situation and see how we can assist. If you wish to move forward we'll prepare an agreement for approval at a general meeting. STEP 3 - APPOINT Call a general meeting to terminate your current strata manager and appoint your new manager. The committee can call for a general meeting and hold it themselves.
