We ensure that your strata scheme plans for maintenance through proactive capital works and prompt repairs as required.

We know the rules and regulations so you don’t have to. We speak in plain English and keep it simple.

Schemes located outside of this area may be considered on application, depending on location, availability of local quality service providers and other factors.
