If your property is under our ongoing management and you have an emergency see the instructions below.
This service is manned by a Strata Professional who will quickly determine if an urgent repair is required and will engage the appropriate trades-person to attend promptly. Call 1300 724 814.
Examples of strata emergencies include flooding, fire or electrical issues affecting the entire building.
Charges apply for all after hours calls attended to. You may be responsible for the cost if the situation is not deemed to be an emergency.
